POWDER COATING
Our powder coating service provides a high quality, durable finish to your metal products. It gives outstanding resistance to abrasion, stains, heat and weather.
SPECIALISED TEAM
Our team, with a wealth of knowledge in carrying out on-site work and repairs. From filling holes and dents and removing scratches to total re-sprays or colour changes. We have the expertise to achieve the best possible finish at a very competitive rate.
SPECIALISED PAINT
We have a vast range of standard and specialist paint finishes at our fingertips and can provide clear coat, texture, warm to touch and specials including rust effect, oxide effect as well as large array of bronzes and colour matching to most anodized finishes too.
OVER NIGHT (URGENT ORDERS)
We pride ourselves in having the right resources and capacity to accomodate night turnaround for urgent orders for our customers.
WET SPRAY SERVICES
We offer a wet spray service that can be applied to a variety of materials including MDF, glass, wood, uPVC and plastics.
COLLECTION & DELIVERY
Collection and Delivery service is available using our 3500kg drop side truck.
EQUIPMENT & PROCESSING
Pre-treatment – All aluminium and galvanized items go through our 10 stage non chromate pre-treatment plant where they are degreased and primed. This process achieves 1000 hours plus of salt test on our sample panels which is the equivalent of Qualicoat and marine grade standard.
Powder Coating - We use Gema electrostatic powder guns that are cleaned and tested on a weekly basis to ensure they are running at peak efficiency.
We have 2 curing ovens. Oven 1 is 6000 x 3000 x 2700 mm and oven 2 is 3500 x 2500 x 2500 mm. Both are capable of housing very small items and large, heavy items.
Quality Control – Using our Elcometer testing equipment we can check adhesion and thickness of the powder to any item to ensure a high-quality finish is achieved as standard. Our team of staff are trained to inspect the work at every stage of the process before packing, which can also be tailored to suit the customer’s requirements.
